The Program:
Between courses, enjoy a lively program divided into three diverse show segments. During dinner, the orchestra will entertain with atmospheric Viennese salon music!

The Ensemble:
The "Austrian Dinner Show Ensemble" consists of excellent musicians, first-class vocal soloists, and spirited dancers who appear in costumes representing different regions of the country, perfectly matching the musical theme of each segment. The artists will charm and captivate its guests with the musical treasures of Austria.

The Scenes:

1st Scene: Roses from Tyrol…
A musical welcome by the entire ensemble, followed by pieces from the operetta “Der Vogelhändler - The Bird Seller“, as well as instrumental numbers with dance – such as the “Zillertaler Hochzeitsmarsch - Zillertal Wedding March“ and other well-known melodies from Tyrol.

2nd Scene: The Sound of Music…
Excerpts from the operetta “Im Weissen Rössl”, popular melodies from the film “The Sound of Music”, such as “Edelweiss”, as well as traditional “Landler” performed as a dance interlude.

3rd Scene: The Blue Danube…
A grand finale of famous operetta melodies from Vienna, featuring the best-known works of composers such as Johann Strauss, Robert Stolz, and Franz Lehár – including pieces from “The Gypsy Baron”, “Wiener Blut”, and many more! As the highlight and conclusion, a ballet will naturally present the most beautiful Viennese waltzes, such as “The Blue Danube”.

The Menu:
•    A selection of Viennese appetizers
•    Braised beef shoulder served with root vegetables and potato gratin
•    Kaiserschmarrn from the giant pan with plum compote
